• Understanding of IT job market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude

• Good writing skills
• English level: intermediate and higher

Main responsibilities:

• Searching and selecting candidates using all possible tools
• Coordinating and conducting interviews and tests, writing feedback
• Maintaining internal databases, forming reports
