Tatyana V. Valyukevych
Graduated from Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy", speciality "Applied Linguistics" (the first student of PUA, holder of student card №1).
Has been working in "PUA" in the English Language Department since 1997. PhD in Philological Sciences, associate professor. Teaches General English, Business English, English for professional purposes (I - V year students).
Has defended thesis "The Concept HUMAN APPEARANCE in the English Language Worldview". Has 40 scientific publications, including “A person’s appearance: ontological and semiotic characteristics of the notion” (Vienne, April 2, 2017), “HUMAN APPEARANCE as a perceptive concept” (Kharkiv, 2016), “Interpretation of a person’s appearance in human sciences” (Cherkasy, 2016), “Notional-evaluative component in the concept HUMAN APPEARANCE structure" (Ostrog, 2015), 1 course-book approved by Ukrainian Ministry of Education.
Prepares students to participate in the English language section in the annual International Students’ Scientific Conference in PUA.
Awards: diploma issued by the Education Department of Kharkiv City Council for her work in the field of higher education and creative approach to fulfilling professional duties (2006).
Finished music school.
