The leading role in formation of effective educational environment at the University belongs to departments as the centres of scientific, training, methodic and upbringing work.

Teams of the departments at People's Ukrainian Academy are the main guides in realization of the large-scale experiment in creation and constant improvement of innovative educational and scientific complex capable to provide elite, i.e. the most high-quality training of its students on the basis of the fundamental principles of continuing education.

At present, the structure of People's Ukrainian Academy comprises 12 departments the intellectual potential of which allows not only to qualitatively prepare bachelors, masters, post-graduate students and Doctors of Philosophy but also to do serious scientific researches in all areas our scientific schools work in.

The teaching staff of PUA higher school includes 10 Doctors of Philosophy and 70 Candidates of Science, which makes 66% of the total number of professorial and teaching staff.
