English club

English club is another unique opportunity to overcome communication "barrier" and significantly improve your English by taking part in a variety of interesting and informative forms of communication.

English Club is held every two months. We invite everyone who has keen interest in English. Do not hesitate to join us those who believe their English is not good enough. We aim at uniting students who wish to join the English culture and help them develop their speaking skills.

At the meetings we offer to discuss a wide range of topics: music, movies, travel. Club members take part in quizzes, watch and discuss films in English. You can share your thoughts about current events and exchange experience of learning English.

Our Goals:

• develop speaking and listening skills;

• overcome speaking and cultural barriers;

• learn the culture of the language studied: music, history, theater, painting, etc, and mentality of other nations;

• enhance motivation to learning a foreign language;

• teach students to respect other cultures;

• expose students to universal values;

• develop personal qualities e.g., respect and responsibility;

• develop leadership skills;

• strengthen friendly relations between club members.

Our objectives:

• organize meetings every two months;

• participate in other program activities consistent with the aims of the Club.
