“St. Tatiana’s Chapel” Project Council

Part 1. General provisions

1.1. The “St. Tatiana’s Chapel” Project Council  (further the Council) is a public organization, formed in an effort to organize and supervise events, held on the basis of St. Tatiana’s Chapel; to inform timely and to engage the faculty, students, and pupils in arranged events (church service, excursions, exhibitions, round-table discussion etc.).

1.2. Membership in the Council is voluntary.

1.3. The Council carries out its activities on a voluntary basis.

1.4. The Council acts on the basis of the provision, approved by the Academic Board meeting of KhUH “PUA” (Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”).

Part 2. Council head tasks

2.1. Cultivating love and respect for our alma mater, consolidating all academic process participants’ moral and ethic culture, principles of tolerance and family ties.

2.2. Enhancing and expanding positive experience of corporate social responsibility of the Academy.

2.3. Using opportunities, connected with St. Tatiana’s Chapel functioning, to  improve the Academy image.

2.4. Organizing the Council’s effective work, the Academy pupils, students, teachers and staff.

Part 3. Main activities

3.1. Coordination of the Council work in accordance with the working plan of St. Tatiana’s Chapel and working plans of KhUH “PUA” (Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”).

3.2. Active cooperation with structural subdivisions of KhUH “PUA” (Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”) within the framework of the Council’s activities.

3.3. Organization and supervision of events, held on the basis of St. Tatiana’s Chapel.

3.4. Giving timely information to the faculties, students, pupils about the events planned: church services, excursions, exhibitions, round-table discussions etc., and opportunities of participating in them.

3.5. Engaging KhUH “PUA” faculties, students, pupils in events, held on the basis of St. Tatiana’s Chapel: church service’s, excursions, exhibitions, etc.

3.6. Constant updating the “St. Tatiana’s Chapel” page on KhUH “PUA” site, information about St. Tatiana’s Chapel activities on KhUH “PUA” stands.

3.7. Keeping “St. Tatiana’s Chapel” chronicles.
